Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in accordance with their individualized treatment plans.
• Assess residents' functional abilities and develop and implement individualized treatment programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are developed and implemented.
• Document all assessments, treatments, and progress notes in a timely and accurate manner.
• Participate in regular therapy team meetings to discuss resident progress and treatment strategies.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for residents.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• A current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of Florida.
• At least one year of recent full-time professional experience in occupational therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay
