About the role

Functional Pathways is currently hiring a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L) at our newest location, Otterbein Jackson in Jackson, MI.

Responsibilities

• Implement the plan of care as established by the OTR/L and the physician
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and documentation
• Adhere to all regulatory and accreditation standards
• Participate in ongoing education and training related to occupational therapy practice

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) or Registered Nurse (RN)
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Pay

The salary range for this position is $25 - $30 per hour, commensurate with experience.
