Full-Time Behavior Analyst

Role: BCBA in a mission-driven ABA provider focused on serving autistic children through in-home and community-based services. Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.Supervise behavior technicians and provide coaching to caregivers.Deliver client-centered, family-focused therapy to promote communication, functional skills, and independence.Collaborate with a supportive clinical team committed to compassion, evidence-based practices, and continuous learning.
