Full-Time - Behavior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide parent training based on evidence-based practices.
• Supervise behavior technicians to ensure quality service delivery.
• Analyze data to inform clinical decisions and treatment adjustments.
• Collaborate closely with families and community partners to support client progress.
• Deliver personalized interventions in home and community settings.
• Engage with families and community resources to enhance outcomes.
