Behavior Analyst (Full-Time)

Role: BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) providing behavioral health services across various settings including school, home, and facility. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify underlying causes of behaviors.Design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.Supervise RBTs and behavior technicians to ensure effective service delivery.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and educators to support client progress.Maintain documentation, ensure compliance, and uphold quality standards.Support diverse populations with tailored behavioral interventions. Qualifications & Skills Certification as a BCBA.Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavioral assessment techniques.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to supervise and train behavior staff effectively.Commitment to ethical practices and documentation standards.
