Responsibilities

  • Aid the Chief Workshop Manager in assigning daily tasks to associates and overseeing their work.
  • Support hiring and promotion decisions, offering feedback and making recommendations.
  • Lead and motivate your team during shifts, enforcing policies and standards.
  • Identify and report potential violations to the Chief Workshop Manager or District Manager.
  • Recommend appropriate disciplinary actions and assist in delivering corrective measures.
  • Drive sales as Floor Leader, coaching Bear Builders and fostering a Guest experience.
  • Ensure merchandising displays comply with brand standards and maintain a cohesive store environment.
  • Exercise common sense and independent judgment to maintain operational efficiencies and resolve issues.
  • Oversee inventory management processes, including receiving, stocking, and conducting counts.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team that consistently delivers an exceptional Guest experience.

Requirements

  • Two years of store management experience, with a successful history in a customer-centric business, preferably in specialty retail.
  • A high school diploma, with a basic understanding of store technology solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two to four years of store management experience, with a successful history in a customer-centric business, preferably in specialty retail.
  • An associate’s or higher degree in business, management, or a related field.
