Full Time Assistant Manager -Mayfair Mall

Responsibilities

• Aid the Chief Workshop Manager in assigning daily tasks to associates and overseeing their work.
• Support hiring and promotion decisions, offering feedback and making recommendations.
• Lead and motivate the team during shifts, enforcing policies and standards.
• Identify and report potential violations to the Chief Workshop Manager or District Manager.
• Recommend appropriate disciplinary actions and assist in delivering corrective measures.
• Drive sales as the Floor Leader, coaching Bear Builders and fostering an engaging Guest experience.
• Create and maintain merchandising displays that align with brand standards.
• Exercise common sense and independent judgment to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage inventory processes, including receiving, stocking, and conducting counts.
• Build and develop a high-performing team that consistently delivers an exceptional Guest experience.

Requirements

• Two years of store management experience in a customer-centric business, preferably in specialty retail.
• Proven track record of success in a similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of common store technology solutions (POS, scheduling, HRIS, time and attendance).

Preferred Qualifications

• Two to four years of store management experience in a customer-centric business, preferably in specialty retail.
• Associate’s or higher degree in business, management, or a related field.
