Responsibilities

• Stocking, cashiering, and ensuring profitability while safeguarding assets
• Providing exceptional customer service, operating registers, and assisting with store opening and closing
• Helping with employee scheduling, training, and safety meetings, ensuring policy compliance
• Managing merchandise flow, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and implementing planograms
• Supporting financial integrity through cashier accountability, cash control, and secure deposit procedures
• In the absence of the Store Manager, assisting store management to ensure smooth operations
