Full Time Assistant Manager -Millcreek Mall

Responsibilities

• Aid the Chief Workshop Manager in assigning daily tasks to associates and directing their work.
• Support hiring and promotion decisions, offering feedback and making recommendations.
• Lead and inspire your team during shifts, enforcing policies and standards.
• Identify and report potential violations to the Chief Workshop Manager or District Manager.
• Recommend appropriate disciplinary actions and assist in delivering corrective actions.
• Drive sales as the Floor Leader, coaching Bear Builders and fostering an engaging Guest experience.
• Ensure merchandising displays adhere to brand standards and maintain a cohesive store environment.
• Exercise common sense and independent judgment to maintain operational efficiencies and resolve issues.
• Oversee inventory management processes, including receiving, stocking, and conducting counts.
• Build and develop a high-performing team that consistently delivers an exceptional Guest experience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of store management experience in a customer-centric business, preferably in specialty retail.
• A high school diploma with a basic understanding of common store technology solutions.
• Preferred qualifications include 2-4 years of store management experience and an associate’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
