All the Best Deli is the only authentic New York‑style deli in Dayton, Ohio. We are a scratch kitchen located in Washington Township, offering full‑time positions with medical, vacation, and 401(k) benefits. All roles require availability evenings and weekends.

Assistant Kitchen Manager – Qualifications

• High degree of culinary skills for production, cook line, and catering.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively connect with co‑workers.
• Positive attitude and ethics that support our values and culture.
• Ability to manage a fast‑paced, high‑volume, clean kitchen.
• Strong time‑management skills, with the ability to multi‑task, prioritize and organize.

Assistant Kitchen Manager – Responsibilities

• Complete understanding of recipes, quality standards, and presentation.
• Understand and practice safe food handling procedures.
• Assist with training, coaching, and developing employees and team leaders.
• Delegate tasks to team members and provide follow‑up.
• Hold team members accountable for performance and provide coaching and counseling as needed.
• Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Maintain product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and security standards.
• Participate in inventory and ordering processes.

Line Cook – Qualifications
