Full-time ABA Behavior Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Behavior Technician to provide in-home or clinic sessions in the Mount Pleasant, MI area. Full-time positions are available from 8am-4pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Using a child's favorite toys or games to help them learn to communicate and socialize.
• Helping a child master daily routines that make a big difference for their family.
• Keeping track of progress to celebrate every milestone together.
• Learning together with a supportive mentor (BCBA) guiding you.

Requirements

• Completed 40-hour RBT training course (preferred).
• Ready to sit for the RBT Exam and receive support and mentorship.
• A high school diploma and at least a year of experience working with children (especially those with special needs).
• Reliable, own transportation, and comfortable being active (sitting, kneeling, and playing on the floor).

Pay

$17.00 – $22.00 per hour.
