ABA Behavior Technician - Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and special needs, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized treatment plans
  • Teach social, communication, and behavioral skills
  • Foster positive therapeutic relationships
  • Collect data and track progress
  • Modify treatment strategies as needed in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
  • Maintain accurate documentation

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in ABA or working with children with autism is preferred but not mandatory
