About the role
We are seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and special needs, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Teach social, communication, and behavioral skills
- Foster positive therapeutic relationships
- Collect data and track progress
- Modify treatment strategies as needed in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
- Maintain accurate documentation
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in ABA or working with children with autism is preferred but not mandatory
