Responsibilities
- Implement ABA therapy techniques under BCBA supervision
- Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions based on individualized plans
- Teach social, communication, and behavioral skills
- Foster positive relationships with children and families
- Conduct assessments and collect and track progress data
- Collaborate with team members and communicate with parents
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in ongoing training
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for working with children with autism
- Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and adaptability
- Organizational skills and a growth mindset
- Flexibility to work varied hours
Previous ABA experience preferred but not required.
