Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy techniques under BCBA supervision
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions based on individualized plans
• Teach social, communication, and behavioral skills
• Foster positive relationships with children and families
• Conduct assessments and collect and track progress data
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with parents
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Participate in ongoing training

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passion for working with children with autism
• Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and adaptability
• Organizational skills and a growth mindset
• Flexibility to work varied hours

Previous ABA experience preferred but not required.
