ABA Behavior Technician - Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking passionate Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and special needs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Teach social, communication, and behavioral skills
• Foster positive therapeutic relationships
• Conduct assessments and collect data
• Monitor progress and collaborate with team members to adjust treatment as needed
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
• Maintain detailed documentation

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in ABA or working with children on the autism spectrum is preferred but not required
