About the role

As a Full Stack Java Developer (RTC), you will be an integral part of the Software Development Department supporting innovative collaboration and productivity solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications for collaboration and productivity systems, focusing on automated provisioning and customer-facing tools.
• Create detailed technical designs and ensure seamless integration with voice technologies such as Trader Voice, enterprise voice, and contact center solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and subject matter experts to develop and support voice recording and communication solutions.
• Implement security standards, controls, and best practices to maintain platform integrity and operational efficiency.
• Support the full software development lifecycle, including testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.

Requirements

• At least 12 years of experience in the financial or technology industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, or related field.
• Proven expertise in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, Node.js, Spring, SQL, and RESTful web services.
• Experience in designing and architecting enterprise-level applications and understanding of large-scale infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of middleware communication platforms, microservices architecture, application security, and high availability systems.
