Job Title: Software Engineer 4 – Full Stack Java Developer
Location: Zone 2 (Location TBA)
Contract Length: TBA
Pay Rate: $111.25/hr (Hourly, OT40)
Responsibilities
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering
- Analyze complex, multi-faceted engineering challenges and contribute to the development of scalable full stack applications
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java and front-end technologies
- Build and support RESTful APIs and backend services
- Develop user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks
- Participate in the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including testing and deployment
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and infrastructure
- Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and security standards
- Contribute to code reviews and best practice adoption
- Support Agile ceremonies and team delivery objectives
Requirements
- 5+ years of Full Stack Java development experience
- Experience with front-end and back-end technologies (Java, UI frameworks, APIs)
- Strong understanding of enterprise application development and SDLC
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks (Angular or React)
- Experience with microservices architecture and REST APIs
- Experience working in Agile environments
