As a Full Cycle Sales Professional at Gouin District, you are the architect of our customer relationships. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Initiate and conduct outreach via phone and video calls to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospects, building strong rapport and trust through effective communication.
- Present and demonstrate product/service value propositions tailored to individual client needs.
- Manage and advance opportunities through the sales pipeline, from initial contact to contract signing.
- Skillfully negotiate terms and overcome objections to secure new business.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
- Continuously analyze sales performance and adapt strategies to maximize results.
Compensation
This role offers significant earning potential, structured around a strong commission-based compensation model. Top performers can expect to earn between $95,162 and $357,142 annually, reflecting the direct correlation between your sales success and your income.
