Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Engage directly with potential customers in their homes, introducing Midcon Exteriors and our range of products and services.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand homeowner challenges and requirements for exterior improvements.
- Skillfully present tailored solutions, highlighting the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Navigate all stages of the sales cycle, from initial contact and qualification to negotiation and closing the deal.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Continuously seek opportunities to expand your customer base and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and drive collective success.
Compensation
This role offers significant earning potential driven by your performance. Our top representatives consistently earn between $80,000 and $150,000 annually, reflecting the strong commission structure and the substantial value you bring to our clients and the company.
