About the role
The Home Advocate Group is seeking energetic, self-motivated individuals to join our elite field sales team as Full Cycle Sales Representatives. This role involves owning the entire sales process, from making initial connections to closing deals, while building a rewarding career in the building and construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Engage Directly: Initiate conversations and build immediate rapport with homeowners through face-to-face interactions.
- Master the Pitch: Deliver clear, persuasive presentations of our services, effectively highlighting benefits and value.
- Problem Solve & Negotiate: Skillfully read customer needs, ask insightful qualifying questions, and negotiate terms to secure agreements.
- Drive Activity: Maintain a high level of self-driven daily activity, consistently seeking out new opportunities and managing your territory effectively.
- Close Deals: Guide prospects through the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to signing the contract.
- Adapt and Overcome: Handle objections with confidence and grace, maintaining a positive attitude even when faced with rejection.
- Travel: Be comfortable traveling to meet clients and manage your sales territory.
Requirements
- Exceptional Communication: The ability to build instant rapport, deliver a concise and persuasive pitch, and handle objections gracefully.
- Resilience: A thick skin is essential to thrive amid frequent rejection while maintaining high energy and a positive attitude.
- People Reading Skills: The ability to quickly read people, understand their needs, and tailor your approach accordingly.

- Physical Comfort: Comfort with extended walking in various weather conditions.

Earning Potential
This is a commission-only role with significant earning potential. Top performers consistently earn between $150,000 and $250,000 annually.
