About the role

This full‑time Sales Team Member position at Menards focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience. You will greet shoppers, help them locate products for their projects, and keep the store well‑merchandised.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers throughout the store.
• Assist customers in finding the products they need for their projects.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer product‑related questions.
• Help keep the store merchandised and ready for customers.
