About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with nonprofit organizations and workforce partners
  • Interview individuals and understand employment goals and barriers
  • Collaborate on warm introductions and referral strategies
  • Share opportunities across an engaged but often passive network
  • Act as a consistent, reliable pipeline of talent for ongoing workforce needs
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with nonprofit and community-based organizations
  • Screen and interview candidates, focusing on alignment, strengths, and support needs
  • Guide individuals through the job search, application, and interview process
  • Provide hands-on support navigating barriers to employment
  • MATCH candidates to roles aligned with their goals and capabilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams on workforce priorities and hiring trends
  • Use outreach and networking to strengthen and diversify candidate pipelines
  • Track activity and outcomes to support continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Background in nonprofit, human services, or workforce development environments
  • Hands-on experience supporting individuals with disabilities (DSP, Job Coach, Vocational Counselor, Employment Specialist, etc.)
  • Familiarity with supported employment models, benefits navigation, and common employment barriers

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with job boards or applicant tracking systems is a plus

What We’re Looking For
