About the role

Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with nonprofit organizations and workforce partners
- Interview individuals and understand employment goals and barriers
- Collaborate on warm introductions and referral strategies
- Share opportunities across an engaged but often passive network
- Act as a consistent, reliable pipeline of talent for ongoing workforce needs
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with nonprofit and community-based organizations
- Screen and interview candidates, focusing on alignment, strengths, and support needs
- Guide individuals through the job search, application, and interview process
- Provide hands-on support navigating barriers to employment
- MATCH candidates to roles aligned with their goals and capabilities
- Collaborate with internal teams on workforce priorities and hiring trends
- Use outreach and networking to strengthen and diversify candidate pipelines
- Track activity and outcomes to support continuous improvement
Requirements
- Background in nonprofit, human services, or workforce development environments
- Hands-on experience supporting individuals with disabilities (DSP, Job Coach, Vocational Counselor, Employment Specialist, etc.)
- Familiarity with supported employment models, benefits navigation, and common employment barriers

What We’re Looking For
