What You'll Own
- Recruit top-performing sales professionals from sourcing through accepted offer.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Conduct phone screens and structured interviews to identify high-performing candidates.
- Manage multiple open requisitions while maintaining speed, quality, and an exceptional candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring leaders and our Recruiting Lead to ensure consistent hiring standards.
- Maintain accurate ATS documentation and recruiting metrics.
- Continuously improve hiring performance through data, feedback, and execution.

What You'll Receive
- Competitive base salary plus performance bonuses
- $110,000–$125,000 On-Target Earnings
- An additional $5,000 performance bonus after your first 90 days for achieving agreed-upon hiring KPIs
