Job Summary
Unitus Security is seeking a Full Cycle Recruiter with high-volume hiring experience to support staffing across multiple sites. This role is responsible for managing the recruiting process from sourcing through onboarding in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding)
- Support high-volume hiring needs across multiple locations
- Conduct hiring events and open interviews
- Partner with Operations to meet staffing requirements
- Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruiting activity
- Ensure compliance with background checks, drug screening, and E-Verify
- Maintain accurate records in HR systems
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience
- High-volume hiring experience required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Experience in security, staffing, or hospitality preferred
Work Environment
- 24/7 operational business with dynamic staffing needs
- In-person recruiting and hiring event support required
- Occasional travel between sites may be required
