About the role
You'll own hiring across go-to-market, engineering, and operations as we scale — running the full cycle and building a hiring machine, not just filling seats.
- Own requisitions end-to-end: sourcing, screening, structured interviews, offer, and onboarding handoff
- Build proactive sourcing pipelines for hard-to-fill roles (enterprise sales, healthcare integration engineering)
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, scorecards, and interview loops
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience at startup speed
- Track and improve hiring metrics: pipeline conversion, time-to-fill, source effectiveness
- Promote the Transform9 employer brand through channels and local networks
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting in-house or agency-side
- Demonstrated sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, communities)
- Structured interviewing and assessment experience
- Data-driven approach to pipeline management
- Nice to have: Experience recruiting for tech or healthcare companies, Experience as a company's first or only recruiter
