Fulfillment Center Equipment Operator - 2nd Shift (6pm - 4:30pm)

About the role

Join a live social shopping company with incredible teams, ambitious projects, and amazing careers. This full-time, onsite position is located in Bethlehem, PA, and offers a fixed schedule of four 10-hour days per week.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts) to support picking, stowing, shuttling, loading, unloading, and other tasks using PIT equipment.
• Use stationary PCs or handheld scanners while operating PIT equipment, including stock pickers or turret trucks at heights of 60–80 feet.
• Perform a variety of tasks across departments, such as unloading, receiving, stowing, picking, packing, shipping, or returning orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety, quality, productivity, and attendance standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work full shifts, overtime, and stand/walk for 10–12 hours.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Willing to push, pull, bend, squat, twist, grasp, and reach throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet on a mezzanine and up to 80 feet using PIT equipment with a safety harness.
• Willing to be trained and operate various powered industrial trucks (PIT), including forklifts and stock pickers.
• Demonstrates reliability, teamwork, and a positive, professional attitude.

Pay

$22.00/hour.

Full-time, 40 hours per week. Fixed schedule: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day.
