Fulfillment Center Equipment Operator (1st & 2nd Shift)

About the Role

Join a live social shopping company with incredible teams, ambitious projects, and amazing careers. This onsite role at our Fulfillment Center in Piney Flats, TN supports customer order fulfillment through various warehouse tasks. Relocation assistance is not available.

Schedule

• 1st shift: 5am - 3:30pm
• 2nd shift: 4pm - 2:30am (includes a $2.00 per hour differential)

Responsibilities

• Operate PIT equipment (including multiple types of forklifts) to move product throughout the fulfillment center and support customer order fulfillment.
• Work within high-tech warehouse environments, following safety procedures and maintaining accuracy while driving and handling inventory.
• Support inbound operations, including arrivals, unloading, and receiving.
• Assist with manual warehouse tasks, such as stowing, picking, packing, shipping, and processing returns.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and facility goals are met.
• Perform cycle counting and solve order-related problems.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age with the ability to work a full shift, including overtime.
• 3+ years of relevant fulfillment center or warehouse experience.
• Ability to read and follow verbal instructions in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent physical tasks.
• Train on and operate PIT equipment, including walkie riders, stand-up forklifts, stock pickers, or turret trucks.
• Comfort working at heights, including mezzanines up to 40 feet and PIT equipment reaching 60–80 feet while wearing a safety harness.
• Reliability, teamwork, and strong performance in safety, quality, productivity, and attendance.

Pay

Starting at $18.00 per hour.
