Fulfillment Center Equipment Operator (1st Shift ONLY)

What You'll Do

  • Operate a powered industrial truck (forklift) throughout the shift to support the responsibilities of picking, stowing, shuttling, loading, unloading and other jobs that use our PIT equipment.
  • Use either a stationary PC or handheld scanner device while operating the PIT.
  • Operate a stock picker or turret truck at levels of 60-80 feet in the air.
  • Perform a variety of responsibilities across varying departments using a handheld scanner or computer, including unloading, receiving, stowing, picking, packing, shipping, or returning orders.

What You'll Bring

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Able to work full shifts, overtime, and stand/walk for 10–12 hours.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation.
  • Comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet on a mezzanine and up to 80 feet using PIT equipment with a safety harness.
  • Willing to be trained and operate various powered industrial trucks (PIT), including forklifts and stock pickers.
  • Committed to meeting safety, quality, productivity, and attendance standards.
  • Demonstrates reliability, teamwork, and a positive, professional attitude.

Where You'll Work

This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Suffolk, VA daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

Compensation

$19.20/hour Full-time Flex, 30 hours : 3 days/week, 10 hrs/day. The team member could be scheduled for an additional day, based on business needs.
