Fulfillment Center Team Member - (1st & 2nd Shift)

You will be on the forefront of our operation directly helping her, our customer. Team members do multiple warehouse responsibilities to include arrivals or unloading, receiving, stowing, picking, packing, shipping, solving problems, cycle counting bins, or returning her order.
Where You'll Work
This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Piney Flats, TN location daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
Position Details
- Positions starting at $16.50
- Full-time benefits included (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and more)
- 2nd Shift positions available (Additional $2.00 per hour shift differential)
What You'll Do
- Perform a variety of tasks across multiple departments using a handheld scanner or computer
- These tasks include unloading, receiving, stowing, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting bins, and processing returns
- The goal of these tasks is to ensure accurate customer fulfillment
- Use computer systems to resolve inventory issues, complete inventory counts, and report accuracy
- Support warehouse efficiency by replenishing supplies and maintaining organized work areas
Qualifications
- Maintain attendance according to company policy
- Able to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to work a full shift and to work overtime
- Read and take verbal direction in English
- Be comfortable working on a secure mezzanine at a height of up to 40 feet
