About the role

The Customer Support Associate supports inbound customer requests via phone and email, resolves order issues, provides product assistance, and helps with warehouse fulfillment when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls and emails for order tracking and product support.
  • Document and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Aid in warehouse fulfillment and post-order activities.
  • Navigate multiple systems to provide timely, accurate service.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Comfort working in a warehouse and customer-facing role.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Preferred

  • Experience in eCommerce or warehouse operations.
  • Familiarity with order management and CRM tools.
  • A focus on customer-first problem solving.
