About the role
The Customer Support Associate supports inbound customer requests via phone and email, resolves order issues, provides product assistance, and helps with warehouse fulfillment when needed.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and emails for order tracking and product support.
- Document and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Aid in warehouse fulfillment and post-order activities.
- Navigate multiple systems to provide timely, accurate service.
Requirements
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Comfort working in a warehouse and customer-facing role.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Preferred
- Experience in eCommerce or warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with order management and CRM tools.
- A focus on customer-first problem solving.
