FT Float - CNA - Days

Schedule

• Self-scheduling: must work five 12-hour shifts each pay period
• One shift each pay period must be a weekend shift (defined as beginning Friday at 7:00a and ending at 7:00a on Monday)
• Assigned holiday rotation: must work at least three of six defined holidays per calendar year
• Shift times: 7a–7p or 7p–7a
• Full-time associates must work a minimum of 30 hours per week (60 hours per pay period)
• Must provide the Staffing Office a calendar of preferred work shifts for the upcoming month by the 1st of that month

About the Role

The Village Care Center (VCC) Full-time Float Pool is a staffing plan designed to provide flexibility in scheduling assignments across the VCC. Associates in the Float Pool work full-time and are required to meet minimum hours while floating to various assignments within the care center.

Requirements

• Must work where assigned throughout the care center
• Must adhere to the 30-hour minimum weekly requirement
• Eligible for any applicable shift differential available to full-time associates
• Failure to meet requirements may result in separation of employment
• Post-offer background check and health screening required
• Nicotine-free and drug-free workplace
