About the role

The Clare is seeking a compassionate and highly qualified Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in the heart of Chicago. We are looking for someone who loves providing outstanding customer service and wants to make a difference in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including personal hygiene, medication administration, and meal preparation.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Document resident care plans and progress in the electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans for residents.
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the living environment.

Requirements

• Current, valid Illinois C.N.A. certification.
• At least 1 year experience in Long Term Care, Rehabilitation, Assisted Living or Memory Care facility.
• CPR certification.

Pay

$20.00 - $21.00 per hour.

Schedule

Full-time, 6am to 2pm, 4 days/week, every other weekend.
