Float CNA - Days
About the role
As a CNA-NAR (Float) you operate on the front lines, ensuring our residents are treated with dignity, respect, and choices within their lives. You will travel and provide direct resident care within a designated Benedictine region as required, reporting condition changes to RN or LPN and charting in the POC system. This role demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks while interacting with a great team of Associates and residents.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care
- Report changes in resident condition to RN or LPN
- Chart in the Point of Care (POC) system
- Travel to multiple Benedictine facilities within a designated region as needed
Requirements
- Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
- Good communication skills
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English
- BLS Certification
