Ft. Dodge Clinic Leader

About the role

A full-time clinic leadership position is available in our Ft. Dodge Clinic. This role involves empowering staff to meet strategic, organizational, department, and individual performance goals through coaching and mentoring. It also requires acting as a liaison between hospital facility departments and clinic staff, maintaining rural health standards, providing supervisory and managerial direction to staff, creating and maintaining clinic staff and provider schedules, and demonstrating knowledge of hospital-wide safety and infection control policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Empower staff to meet strategic, organizational, department, and individual performance goals through coaching and mentoring.
• Act as a liaison between hospital facility departments and clinic staff.
• Maintain rural health standards.
• Provide supervisory and managerial direction to staff in all capacities.
• Create and maintain clinic staff and provider schedules.
• Demonstrate knowledge of hospital-wide safety and infection control policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in leadership or clinical experience preferred.
• RN/LPN certificate or Current Iowa Registered Nursing License.
• Quality experience or certification preferred.
• BLS (Or 6 months from Hire).
