As a Clinic Coordinator Lead
You will be the welcoming face and organizational hub of our clinic, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every patient. Every day, you will expertly manage patient registration and scheduling, efficiently process patient flow, address billing inquiries, and provide essential clerical support. You'll maintain strict confidentiality, handle financial transactions securely, and remain vigilant for any patient needs, all while contributing to a smooth, on-schedule operation.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of front desk activities including guiding staff to ensure clinic is running effectively and productivity measures are met. Utilizes effective problem solving techniques.
- Works with leadership and ensures chain of command is activated as circumstances warrant
- Training of new employees
- Act as an escalation point for denials, and other circumstances as needed
- Charge entry as needed
- Exhibits cost containment for office supplies and services
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Five (5) years related experience
Preferred
- Associate of Arts degree
