- You are proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
- You have a high school diploma or equivalency degree.
- You are available to work varying schedules; including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Supervise Front Desk operations during your assigned shift to a consistently high standard.
- Maintain the appearance, standards, and performance of Team Members with an emphasis on training and team work.
- Ensure your shift team have a current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, and special promotional offers, as well as daily VIP and special events.
- Check guests in by verifying all names of party on reservation and issue room keys.
- Advise your shift team of any special events or VIP Guests in the hotel that day.
- Provide guests with information on hotel policies, services and amenities.
- Cook up with our housekeeping team to ensure room availability.
- Coordinate with our housekeeping team to ensure room availability.
- Direct guests to proper resort staff members for escort, transportation, and concierge services.
- Listen and respond to guest complaints in a gracious and appropriate manner.
- Review the final bill with the guest, post charges and make any necessary corrections to the account.
- Answer, record and process guest requests, including requests for special occasion assistance such as birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience, ideally at least one year in hospitality/hotels or resort.
- High school diploma or equivalency degree.
- Available to work varying schedules; including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

Pay
