Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of car wash attendants, ensuring they follow company policies and provide exceptional customer service
- Train new staff members on car washing techniques, customer service, and safety protocols
- Inspect vehicles before and after washing to maintain quality control
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and safe for both staff and customers
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager to meet business needs
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Pay
$15-$17 per hour
