Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Aid managers in overseeing the daily operations of all crew at your facility
- Complete standup meetings pre-shift
- Document attendance issues following attendance policy
- Ensure inspections are completed and problems are tagged, reported, and followed up
- Ensure the park is clean and delegate cleaning duties to team members
- Delegate timekeeping tasks, ensuring management staff approve clock-in/out punches each shift
- Complete daily schedule templates to cover all positions
- Assess team members for training and re-training needs
- Handle guest complaints and fill out incident reports
- Assist Operations Managers in completing guest and team member incident reports
- Ensure team members who are injured are retrained if necessary
- If a team member needs medical attention, call the Safety Manager immediately
- Work alongside the crew as needed, filling in for breaks as needed
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested
- Schedule crew members for your designated location
- Ongoing responsibilities include supporting GMs' goal of ensuring team meets or exceeds turnover times
- Assist with ride audits if needed and retrain/coach as needed
- Update standup meeting information and communicate changes to other operations managers
- Ensure the facility is well-maintained and notify the GM if something needs to be fixed

Supervisory Responsibility
This position assists Operations Managers and General Manager in managing all employees of the department and is responsible for leadership, performance management, and retention of crew members within its department.

- Frequently stand, walk, bend, use hands to handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms
- Could lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a part-time position and hours of work and days are determined by the General Manager. Evenings, weekends, and some holidays are required as job duties demand.
