What You'll Do
- Leading, coaching, and motivating Front Office Agents
- Delivering exceptional guest service and resolving guest concerns with professionalism
- Acting as Manager on Duty as assigned
- Supporting daily Front Office operations, including check-in/check-out, reservations, guest requests, and lobby presence
- Training and developing team members while promoting InterContinental service standards
- Monitoring scheduling, labor costs, cash handling, and operational procedures
- Collaborating with all hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Supporting departmental projects, meetings, and hotel initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of hotel supervisory experience, preferably within Front Office or Guest Services
- Outstanding guest service and leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Preferred Qualifications
- Hospitality or Business Management degree
- Prior luxury hotel experience
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Hospitality leadership or emotional intelligence training
