Front Office Host (Full-Time)

About the Role

Front Office Hosts are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries. You’ll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Host.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest registration and check‑in procedures.
• Communicate hotel services, promotions, and amenities to guests.
• Process various forms of payment accurately.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional front‑desk environment.

Requirements

• Previous administrative or computer‑skill experience.
• True desire to satisfy the needs of others.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous front office agent experience is a plus.

Schedule

This is a full‑time position with a flexible schedule that may include weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
