About the role
Front Office associates are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This role involves processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Process guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Communicate hotel services and promotions to guests
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns
- Handle guest payments and reservations
- Ensure guest rooms are clean and ready for occupancy
Requirements
- Desire to provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Past hotel job experience is preferred but not required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
