Responsibilities
- Welcome and register guests, providing exceptional service throughout their stay.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the hotel’s property management system.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with professionalism and care.
- Manage cash, credit, and room charge transactions accurately.
- Cook up with other departments (Housekeeping, Engineering, Bell Desk, etc.) to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Answer and route phone calls and messages in a courteous and timely manner.
- Maintain a working knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Uphold Hyatt’s high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest engagement at the Front Desk.
Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills; prior experience with Opera or similar systems is a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Candidate must be 21 years or older.
