Front Office Hosts are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This role involves processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries. The position is highly visible and directly impacts the guest experience.

Pay
The hourly rate range for this position ranges from $30.45/hour to $31.06/hour. The starting rate for this position is $30.45/hour. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who have remained in this position with Hyatt for four years or more, which is $31.06/hour.
Schedule
This position is eligible to participate in applicable upsell incentive programs. The colleague must be the responsible party for assisting the guest with the upgrade at the Front Desk. The schedule includes mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
