About the role
Manheim, part of the Cox Automotive family of businesses, is seeking a Retail Recon Administrator II. This role requires a powerful admin advocate who uses their skills for good, managing and supporting daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with internal and external business partners.
- Aid in retail operations from start to finish, including supplier and sublet vendor communications and customer notifications.
- Coordinate and execute retail activities, maintaining daily customer vehicle trackers.
- Input vehicle information into the Application System AS400 and RPP.
- Work with partners to obtain accurate prices for retail reconditioning and create estimates for customers.
- Manage vehicle inventory reports, investigate errors, and verify vehicle completion eligibility.
- Partner with departments to prepare and notify customers of requests.
- Follow up on retail vehicle preparation, address missing information and issues with appropriate partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate with the accounting team to balance recon completion.
- Provide administrative/clerical support and assist with special projects and graphics requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of administrative or general office experience.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with all management levels.
- Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.

- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- View and read computer screens.
- Perform repetitive data entry.
- Manual dexterity.
- See close, distance, color variance, and depth perception.

Pay & Schedule
- Hourly pay rate is in the range of $20.00 - $30.00/hour.
- The hourly base rate may vary based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Schedule
- Employees are eligible for a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
- Additional paid time off includes bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
