About the role
As a Front Office Agent at Hyatt Regency McCormick Place, you’ll be the face of Hyatt, responsible for the guest registration process, communicating hotel services and promotions, and creating meaningful guest experiences. This highly visible role involves casual conversation, processing payments, and responding to guest inquiries. Other duties may include additional front office tasks.
Hyatt Regency McCormick Place offers over 1,258 guest rooms, 53 suites, and 13,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, with direct access to 2.8 million square feet of convention space. Guests enjoy international cuisine, a 24-hour StayFit™ Gym, and a variety of dining and bar options.

Responsibilities
- Manage the guest registration process and communicate hotel services and promotions.
- Engage in casual conversation to enhance the guest experience.
- Process forms of payment and respond to guest inquiries.
- Perform other front office duties as needed.
Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- At least one year of front office experience is highly preferred.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Open and flexible availability.
Pay
The hourly wage for this position is $26.75.
