Responsibilities
- Manage the guest registration process
- Communicate hotel services and promotions
- Engage in casual conversation with guests
- Create a positive guest experience
- Process forms of payment
- Respond to guest inquiries
- Serve as the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Associate
Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Previous customer service experience is required
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule of AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends

Schedule
This position will primarily be PM/afternoon shifts from 3 PM to 11 PM, with flexibility to work AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends as needed.
