Front Office Administrator - Receptionist

Pay

$22 per hour.

Schedule

Part‑time position requiring weekday and weekend availability, including some holidays. Open availability on Saturdays and Sundays, plus weekday evenings. Shifts: AM 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; PM 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM.

Requirements

• Experience in hospitality, administrative support, or guest services
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented
• Ability to efficiently multitask
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Comfortable with reservation management systems and office equipment
• Professional appearance, discretion, and a passion for member service
• Experience in private clubs or luxury hospitality is a plus
• Skills in design tools such as Canva and Publisher are a plus
• Preferred proficiency with systems such as OpenTable, MembersFirst, Google Sheets, QuickPass, RingCentral, Jonas, and Adobe

Responsibilities

• Greet members and serve as the welcoming face of the club
• Manage reservations and coordinate guest access
• Design menus and signage for club events
• Support executive staff with administrative tasks
• Ensure smooth departmental functions and communication
• Troubleshoot technology issues and operate office equipment
• Assist with event setup and execution
• Maintain a polished front‑desk presence that reflects the club’s excellence
