About the role
Responsible for managing front office operations, including greeting clients, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and provide excellent customer service
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining records
- Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and restocked
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with special events and client meetings as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of administrative support experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and protocols
