About the role

Responsible for managing front office operations, including greeting clients, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and provide excellent customer service
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining records
  • Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and restocked
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist with special events and client meetings as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of administrative support experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of basic office procedures and protocols
