Crawford's Genuine, located within the RDU Airport, is seeking winning personalities to join our team as a Front-of-House (FOH) Supervisor. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fast-casual restaurant inside RDU Airport, overseeing FOH operations, leading the team, and maintaining excellent guest service standards.
Responsibilities
- Advance the Grove Bay Mission Statement and Core Values
- Deliver exceptional hospitality to all guests
- Uphold all core Standard Operating Procedures
- Coach hourly team members in the moment
- Train and develop new team members
- Handle guest issues respectfully
- Follow all opening and closing procedures
- Perform cash handling following Grove Bay SOP
- Expedite orders in adherence with Grove Bay SOP
- Maintain strong understanding of operational systems – Toast, OpenTable, R365
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant, ensuring showroom readiness at all times
- Work a minimum of six hours during the Supervisor shift
Requirements
- Must be an A Player endorsed by the Management Team, Director of Operations, and Training Department
- Minimum of 4 months experience within the venue or another Grove Bay restaurant
- Prior Supervisor experience
- Fluency in English required; multiple language abilities a plus
- Successful completion of Grove Bay's training program, including all EdApp training content
- Food and Alcohol Safety training (ServSafe) certification

Physical Demands
- Ability to move throughout the venue during shifts (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Ability to make repeating movements of the arms, hands, and wrists
- Ability to express or exchange ideas verbally and perceive sound by ear
- Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work with hands above shoulders
- Ability to occasionally, regularly, or frequently move objects (lift, push, pull, balance, carry) up to 10 pounds
- Ability to turn or twist body parts in a circular motion
- Ability to tolerate exposure to heat, cold, chemicals, and loud/noisy environments
