THE ROLE
The Front of House Manager leads the guest-facing team to deliver exceptional service and hospitality. This role involves coaching the team, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing operations, and maintaining a positive, high-energy work environment.
What You Will Do
Lead the Guest Experience: Set the standard for service and hospitality, interact with guests, and ensure all areas are staffed and functioning efficiently.
Coach and Develop the Team: Supervise team members, coach them in the moment, and support hiring, scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing development.
Manage Operations: Execute opening and closing procedures, manage shifts, and support ordering, inventory management, and facilities needs.
Drive Results: Achieve results, maintain operational standards, and leverage business metrics to drive performance and profitability.

Qualifications
2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management or supervisory experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
Ability to remain on feet and in motion for extended periods.
Ability to perform various physical tasks consistently.
Ability to work in varying outdoor weather conditions.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a high-energy venue environment.
Ability to remain in a stationary position for periods of time while performing desk-based tasks.
