About the role

Mohawk Industries is seeking a Front-End Loader Driver to operate 550 loaders and conveyers for chip transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete walk around inspections of rolling stock
• Maintains chip unloading conveyors and ensures chips are directed to correct locations
• Monitors chip quality visually
• Operates loader and monitors operation
• Performs basic maintenance tasks
• Attends job-related training
• Fulfills established standard operating procedures
• Performs general housekeeping duties
• Performs other tasks assigned by management

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years operating heavy equipment (preferably loaders)
• Fork lift / Front End Loader certified or able to pass skills assessment
• Understanding of load limits, machine controls, and site safety procedures
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus, not required
